The Executive Board

The Executive Board together with the Senior Bishop is responsible for establishing and executing the business and affairs of The First Born Church of the Living God, Inc. The Constitution is the supreme law of The First Born Church of the Living God, Inc. and the Executive Board is the Supreme Court of the church. These nine (9) members, are ordained Clergy or Bishops in good standing that have been elected by a majority vote into office by delegates of the General Assembly. Once elected, a Board member remains on the Board permanently. Executive decisions made by the Executive Board are final and binding.
Bishop Alton Fain serves as Chairman of the Executive Board.

The Council of Bishops

The Council of Bishops coordinates ways and means to carry out the legislated policies of the Executive Board, as well as strategize ways to better promote the church. Recommendations are made to the Executive Board for consideration and action. The Council consists only of consecrated Bishops. The Council of Bishops serve as the Board of Presbytery for the examination of prospective candidates seeking election to the office of Diocese Bishop.
